I’m Dinah, and I’m planning to come to Cochamó in mid-January for around 4 weeks on my own. Besides my interest in finding climbing partners, it seems like I have a bigger problem now. Unfortunately, I didn’t plan everything very precisely and haven’t reserved a camping spot yet. When I checked the availability to make a reservation, it seems like everything is fully booked until mid-February.
Are there any possibilities to still get a spot? Does anyone have experience with this?

Hey Kenny! I will be also in Cochamo at this date, probably looking for partners. I have 60m twin rope and bunch of gear to for trad climb as well, although not full rack, I will stay in la Junta. Its funny though that we contact each other online while at the end there wont be any connection so we all just need to walk around camps and ask for partners in the old way 😉 so see you all guys soon, i am happy i wont be the only one without team!

I wont to visit cochamo the second half of January. I'm a bit flexible with the dates. I'm coming with a tent, a stove, a double rack from 0.5 to 3 BD and singles from 4 to 6 and C3 til 0.4. Also I have accenders, a microtraction, a 60m single rope and a medium size haulbag.
I'm psyched for long and good granite and cracks. I'm comfortable on 11's and aiming for 12's.
